Why We Don't Say NO or How To Say NO

Why is saying No so difficult? Until we learn to use the healthy word no and learn the limits of our NO, we can put ourselves in difficult situations that can even lead to burnout or depression.

My name is Evelin Vahter

In 2016, I experienced a complete physical and psychological collapse that did not resolve through conventional routes. Through intense, independent inner work, I recovered completely – and since then I have been helping others resolve similar patterns.

...
I work with people whose emotional trauma, anxiety, panic, or psychosomatic symptoms have not resolved despite therapy or medication.
In most cases, the core issue resolves in 1–3 focused sessions.

...

I work calmly, directly, and with respect for your pace.
The goal is not dependency, but relief, clarity, and restored functioning.
