BREAKFAST recommendations!
1. recommendation:
oatmeal porridge with water, honey, jam or fresh fruit and flax seed oil - all nutrition you need for the first half day!


2. recommendation:

cooked or boiled egg, avocado, tomato, paprika, broccoli, zucchini, germs, dark rye bread and butter - all nutrition you need for the first half day!


I just love my morning cappuccino with oat milk or soya milk.

3. recommendation:
Today I felt I need a tomato bread and oat porridge with flaxseed oil
And If you feel a little sweet is missing still... the last bite I'll have with blackcurrant jam - this purple active ingredient it keeps my brain fit, active and long vitality :) 

I just love my home-made morning cappuccino with oat milk :)
