LUNCH or DINNER recommendations!
1. recommendation:
rice with water, rose rock salt, pepper, curcumin/curry, herbs, garlic, paprika, broccoli, zucchini, carrot, eggplant - all nutrition you need for the second half day! Rince the rice with pure water many times.
Slightly cook (keep crunchy) in olive or rice oil.
Add rice and double amount of water to hatch under the cover 8-10 min.
Ready if there is no more water.

2. recommendation:
boiled raw buckwheat with curry chicken in soya sauce
Sauce: roust the chicken with rose rock salt, pepper, curcumin/curry, garlic - all nutrition you need to clean your body Rince the raw buckwheat with pure water before and during the boiling many times.

3. recommendation:
boiled buckwheat with tomato paste sauce and vegetable, water, rose rock salt, pepper, herbs, paprika, broccoli, zucchini, carrot - all nutrition you need for the second half day! Rince the buckwheat with pure water many times before, (with red cabbage salad).
